  • All orders include FREE ground shipping within the United States with tracking via USPS Priority Mail.
  • In stock items ship within 24-48 hours of your order. Out of stock/on backorder items are made to order and may take up to 10 days to create and ship. Email notifications including tracking numbers are sent when your order ships.
  • Once shipped, your packages should arrive in 1-5 business days within the continental US (please allow more time for orders to Hawaii and Alaska)
  • Unshipped orders may be canceled or modified. Please contact us as soon as possible to submit your request.

  • Riina Mettas Jewelry uses PAYPAL for payment processing at this time.
  • You DO NOT need a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card through PayPal. Just click on the PayPal link and follow the directions — it’s safe and easy!


  • All items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us for any returns or exchanges.
  • Please email us at info@riinamettas.com within the 30 days to initiate your return or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping with tracking.
  • Items can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit. Refund or store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
  • Riina Mettas Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Special Orders

  • We want your jewelry to fit you perfectly. Let us know if you would like to customize the length of our necklaces, earrings, or bracelets.
  • In some cases we can also make modifications to the existing designs, such as changing the clasp style or earring findings, changing colors, gemstones or metal types.
  • Please email us for any special requests at info@riinamettas.com.
  • Special orders cannot be returned, only exchanged.

Gift Services

  • All of our items will arrive in a luxurious gold logo embossed black jewelry boxes, perfect for a gift.
  • Free logo embossed gift bags are available upon request.
