Returns/Exchanges

All items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us for any returns or exchanges.

Please email us at info@riinamettas.com within the 14 days to initiate your return or exchange and receive further instructions.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping with tracking.

Items can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.

Refund or store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. If the exchange item is of greater value, customer will be charged for the difference in price.

Riina Mettas Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Special orders and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
